In ExAgCo's Career Pulse Check and C5 programs, this assessment is used to see how well you "job match"  against 3 positions of your choice, measuring how you compare  across 14 work-related metrics as well as interests.  This tool can also help those seeking career evolution in place to gain the objective clarity to devise a development strategy targeted at providing the most bang for the buck.

Job trends data indicates that with AI becoming so dominant in the workplace, Emotional Intelligence is becoming even more highly valued by hiring managers and talent assessors.

With the Genos EI assessment, you can gain a better perspective on how others see your professional behaviors and develop objective perspective about work culture norms.  

You select survey participants who provide structured feedback about how well you demonstrate Emotional Intelligence. Because those providing feedback indicate how important the behaviors are to them and then these results are compared to norms in the workforce, this  can be a powerful tool for individuals in very distinct work cultures to anticipate and pro-actively adapt to new work environments.

Inspired by the C5 strategic aircraft, ExAgCo's flagship extended engagement ensures you readiness to deploy into a whole new career.  C5 is a structured, but flexible course with a 5 step framework to meet your specific needs and scheduling  requirements.  Step 2 includes PXT Select and Genos 180 assessments and debriefings.  Your coach will provide you job matching reports and highlight workplace culture red flags requiring "normalization" , if transitioning to a new work environment.  

The other 4 steps include many asynchronous features like worksheets, metrics, whiteboards, curated information and other awareness, development and accountability-driving resources that you can easily integrate to your schedule.  You will also be allotted  15 hours of one-on-one coaching, over which you have full scheduling control.  

While there is an overarching framework driving C5, the execution of your engagement will be highly tailored to your needs.   You control the pacing and scheduling. C5 can also be offered in a hybrid group/individual coaching setting to optimize client value (9 hours group and 6 hour one-on-one coaching).
