 I'm drawn to coaching because the most rewarding moments of my 30+ years as a leader have been the developmental relationships shared with team-members. In my experience being coached, I was blown away by insights and impacts my coaches and their assessment tools inspired, despite my initial skepticism. Unlike many coaches, being a double-retired military intelligence officer and federal leader, not only means that I have extensive high-stakes experience with large, complex organizations, but that I also have the luxury of treating my coaching practice as a passion project to get 100% right. I don’t need to aggressively sell or put the business bottom line above quality products and client relationships. I’ve invested extensively in top-rated certifications, courses and resources to realize this intention and will continue to partner with clients to best adapt my practice and offerings to best BOOST YOUR CAREER. 

 Deep RESPECT for clients underlies each coaching engagement. I partner with clients, tailoring engagements, session activities, and resources to their individual needs. During a TYPICAL ENGAGEMENT, we clarify motivations behind goals and explore related challenges and obstacles. We often leverage assessments to accelerate the process and to help clients better understand their strengths, blind spots, leadership and communication styles.
